ARRIVAL
Upon arrival to the island our hostess will wait for the guests at the villa, or she will meet them at the airport if escort service is requested. The hostess will show the villa to the guests and give them the key. The guests will need to complete a check-in form, which the hostess will keep. The guests are responsible for the villa during their stay. A credit card imprint is required as a deposit when guests check in. At check out the hostess will inspect the villa for damage, if there are no problems the credit card imprint will be destroyed.

This villa is located at Groot Santa Martha, approximately 15 miles from the airport, 25 miles from downtown, and only minutes from Christoffel Park, a protected wildlife preserve and garden covering 4,500 acres of land and featuring great hiking, mountain biking, car tours and nature walks. Picturesque mountains, bays, cliffs and quiet waters surround this location on Curacao's Gold Coast. It’s best suited for people who enjoy a quiet and laid back atmosphere.
Acosta Villa is located close to Sunset Water Beach Resort. Guests staying at Acosta Villa can make use of the facilities of the hotel, which include a white sand beach, restaurant, dive facility, hotel pool, tennis court, and miniature golf. Upon check-in at the villa guests must go to the lobby of the hotel to collect a wristband, which will entitle them to usage of all facilities of the hotel during their stay. The restaurant even offers the possibility for guests to open an account during their stay.
FACILITIES
This location is well known among divers as one of the best spots to dive on the island. Thriving reefs, beautiful coral gardens, abundant marine life, steep drop offs, crystal clear visibility, and warm tropical waters make this location a diver's paradise. There's even a sunken airplane just of the coast, with spectacular corals and fishes. So it’s definitely a must see!
THE VILLA
Looking out over the Caribbean Sea and Sta. Martha Bay, this villa is the perfect place to escape it all. With its 5 bedrooms it’s large enough to accommodate 10 guests.
The main house consists of a living area with satellite TV, portable stereo with CD player, and telephone, dining area (seats 8), fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, coffeemaker, etc.), 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The Master bedroom offers ocean and pool view and features a king size bed, a walk-in closet, a private bathroom, and an “en-suite” Jacuzzi. The second and third bedrooms have two single beds each (that can be joined upon request) and share one bathroom. The fourth bedroom is separate from the main house and is located below the terrace. It has two joined single beds (that can be separated upon request) and its own bathroom. This bedroom is best suited for young adults as the ceiling is not very high (approx 2.10 meters). The fifth bedroom is also separate from the main house and is referred to as the tower room. It’s fully surrounded by ceiling high widows, giving it full ocean view and a nice breeze. This room has a private terrace and its own tropical open-air bathroom. Because of its private entrance, this is perfect for those who want to be a little separate from the main house.
All bedrooms in this house are air-conditioned. The living are is not air-conditioned.
At sunset this villa is at its best. One can sit back and enjoy this beautiful moment on the spacious terrace or sip on a tropical drink in the swim-up pool bar. One of the best features of this house is its large cabana where one can easily host a gathering for a small “fiesta”! It even has an outdoor ladies and men restroom with shower, a large build-in grill, a bar and a hammock.
CLEANING
Acosta Villa will be cleaned three times a week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday). Bed linen and towels are both present in the villa and will be replaced by the cleaner.

Toilet paper, soaps and garbage bags will be placed in the villa prior to your arrival. Other articles such as detergent, washing powder, paper towels, matchboxes, herbs, cooking oil, insecticide, etc. are not standard. These are for the account of guests.

Just got back from Acosta Villa. We have found paradise. The property is perfect for large groups. We had 8 in our party and had more room than we needed. The staff was more than perfect. They became part of our family. The view is breath taking. The pool is a relaxing escape. I can't say enough. When you see photo on the internet you hope you get what you see. We got more. The photos do not do Acosta Villa justice. We will be going back next year but plan to stay 2 weeks. One week is not enough. Island Wishes to all that stay at Acosta Villa.
