The property is over two and a half lots and there is crystal clear water to sit by on our three separate private decks to sun, read , or watch the sea life,(manatee come by all the time!), sitting in comforable cushioned deck chairs or lounges. We have a canoe, 2 single kayaks, two bikes, and snorkel equipment for your use included in your rental. There is a ramp to make it easy for you to launch our boats. We also have a great swim ladder for you off our dock to go snorkeling and some floats for you to sit in while you have your refreshment.
In the apartment are extras too! You have a kingsize perfect serta sleeper, comforabe seating for 4 to dine, living area with extra large downfilled couch and a lange recliner. There is a beautiful glassed in porch that overlooks the open bay that you can open up by sliding the new floor to ceiling three double sliding doors. The accomodations are very comforable for two, but if you have 1 or 2 others that want to join you, we have a new high level queen aerobed that can be accomodated in the porch. It is a great package deal! Everything is provided for you in your apartment,except for your food, toothbrush, and the little bit of clothing you might need.
Other outside ammenties are two tiki huts, an orchid pavillion, and an enclosed outside shower with changing room. There are friendly pathways throughout the property to enjoy all the plants and flowers. For those fishing and boating people, we are a 1/2 mile by boat to the intercostal on Florida Bay and a 1/2 mile to the entrance of Tavernier
Creek to get to the ocean.
Incredibly reasonable! Truely a tropical paridise!
