The 750 square foot Palm Suite has a tropical plantation theme with lots of windows, letting in views of the ocean, Whaler's Cove, the swimming pool, Waikomo stream, and glorious sunrise
* Living Area; The living area has comfortable solid bamboo frame furniture and opens out onto the private ocean view lanai. The suite also has a queen-size, canopied bamboo bed and unusual South Sea artwork throughout.
* Bathroom; The bathroom has a full shower and has been recently renovated.
* Kitchen; The Palm Suite has a full modern kitchen completed in Indian granite with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and an adequate supply of china, utensils and cookware. There is also a large granite breakfast bar and counter space.
* Amenities; The Palm Suite also equipped with a telephone, TV, DVD and stereo as well as a blow dryer, iron and ironing board.

The pool and outdoor jacuzzi are available to all guests, the hours are from 8 am until 8 pm. and are shared by the other three suites.

Deposit, Reservation, Confirmation:
A deposit of 50% of the rent for your stay will be required to confirm your reservations.
A damage deposit, of $250 per short term rental (less that 30 days), or $1000. Per long term rental (30 days or longer) will be taken two weeks prior to your arrival. It is separate from the rent, and will be refunded to you by mail (less any fees described below) 45-60 days after you leave. If, upon check-out, no damage is noted, we will endeavor to return your deposit balance within 14 days.
