We believe that this is one of the best vacation values to be found in Hawaii.
The Cove Suite studio has 450 square feet of cozy elegance. The tropical theme and the Indian slate floors make it an ideal beach suite. It is a charming ground floor studio with a private entrance and a private ocean view lanai.
Throughout the unit you will find unusual tropical and Pacific Rim art everywhere you look.
* Living Area — The suite has a comfortable living area with a bamboo couch and a long slate breakfast bar. There’s also a romantic queen-size bamboo canopy bed and a slate tiled bathroom with a large shower.
* Lanai (deck) — The outdoor lanai is perfect for watching the sunrise out of the sea in the morning or for casual ocean-front dining any time of day. From this private lanai, you can walk down to the jacuzzi for a relaxing afternoon of hydrotherapy coupled with a cool dip in the pool that overlooks Kauai's Blue Pacific ocean.
* Kitchen — The kitchen area is furnished with a half-size refrigerator, a microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, a double-burner countertop hotplate, pots, pans, and an adequate supply of china and utensils.
* Amenities — The Cove Suite is also equipped with a telephone, TV, DVD and stereo as well as a blow dryer, iron and ironing board.
Facilities
The pool and outdoor jacuzzi are available to all guests, the hours are from 8 am until 8 pm.
There are coin-operated washer/dryers on property and they are available to all guests. Housekeeping services can be arranged in advance.
Kaua‘i is known as the “Garden Isle” for its abundance of tropical flowers and blossoms. It is also famous for white sand beaches, towering peaks, waterfalls and tropical rainforests, making it truly one of the world’s most beautiful islands. (Ecologically and agriculturally, Hawai‘i is the endangered species capital of the world with the majority of species on Kaua‘i.)
Hawaii is a 1,523-mile chain of atols, islets and eight main islands — Hawaii, Kahoolawe, Maui, Lanai, Molokai, O‘ahu, Kauai, and Niihau. Kauai is the northern-most island of the eight main islands and the northern-most tip of the island is at Kilauea Point National Wildlife Refuge and Lighthouse.

Deposit, Reservation, Confirmation:
A deposit of 50% of the rent for your stay will be required to confirm your reservations.
A damage deposit, of $1500 per short term rental (less that 30 days), or $5000. Per long term rental (30 days or longer) will be taken two weeks prior to your arrival. It is separate from the rent, and will be refunded to you by mail (less any fees described below) 45-60 days after you leave. If, upon check-out, no damage is noted, we will endeavor to return your deposit balance within 14 days.
