This is a superb, waterfront, Provencal style villa, located on the cliffside in Terres Basses with spectacular views of the ocean and the St. Martin coastline.
Furnished with an exquisite blend of European antiques and contemporary furniture the villa is built on two levels, with a spacious living and dining area and a custom built gourmet kitchen on the ground floor. Leading from the living area is a large covered terrace with a comfortable outdoor seating area, dining area and built in BBQ and a beautiful infinity pool with a sloping, beach- style access.
On the upper level are three spacious bedrooms, each with an ocean view and decorated individually in Marocan, Provencal or Colonial themes and each with it's own luxurious adjoining bathroom.
