Located on one of the most desirable spots on the island, with its own private white powdery beach where the only footsteps are your own. This villa with a large sundeck and salt-water pool surrounded by swaying palms is situated directly on a sparkling blue ocean. Villa Marbella consists of one house and two apartments, you can rent them separately or the whole villa to accommodate up to 14 people.

Cancellation policy
Written notice must be received 60 days prior to the arrival date (90 days for Christmas/New Year) for full refund, less 10% service charge; Late cancellation will incur in loss of total deposit, except in case of national emergency.
Deposit
50% payable at time of reservation, balance 60 days before arrival date (90 days for Christmas/New Year) 10% discount for periods after 1st week. A maximum of two children under 10 years old free, at Marinera and Paraiso. Maid and baby sitter available at extra charge.
Government room tax (10%) is not included.

Local Activities
In addition to diving, a sport growing in popularity is rock climbing. Rock climbing enthusiasts have touted the bluff as a great platform for sheer vertical cliff climbing. Many climbs have already been mapped out with more being added each day. Cayman Brac offers some fantastic fishing opportunities. There are several local fishermen who offer half or full day fishing excursions, the Brac is known for its spectacular cliffs, caves, blowholes and Caymanite . The Villa Beach is perfect if you've ever wanted a beach completely to yourself. Visiting the lighthouse is a unique experience. The lighthouse is situated on the east end of the island at its highest point. From this vantage point you can get a stunning view of the rest of the island and the Caribbean Sea.
