This beautiful Victorian style downtown condo with 12 foot high ceilings is located on the corner of Prince-Arthur and University street. This unit is fully equipped and sleeps two comfortably.
Prince Arthur is a Montreal favourite for sidewalk cafés and bring your own wine restaurants. The unit is located within a 5 minute walk east to Saint-Laurent (the Main) for chic dining and clubbing. The downtown shopping malls, Chinatown, Old Montreal, Festival sites, and Mount-Royal mountain are all within a 10 minute walk from the condo. The unit is located within walking distance of the High Lights Festival,Grand Prix Festivities (June 8-11, 2007), Jazz Festival, and Just for Laughs Festival.
The unit rental includes a private outdoor parking space.

*The prices listed are based on accomodations for 2 occupants. The condo can accomodate up to 4 occupants. Please note that there is a $15 fee per extra occupant (no charge for children under the age of 12)
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival. A $200 security/damage deposit is required upon arrival. This can be charged or paid cash, and will be returned at checkout. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refun unless unit is re-rented.If you cancel more than 7 days prior, all payments less 5% (administration fee) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Paypal, Money order, Cashiers cheque, cash,travelers cheques.
