Located on Great Exuma Island near George Town, Exuma's capital, Haven Cay is part of February Point Resort Estates, a new private resort community offering all the amenities you would expect from a Caribbean paradise. The resort is situated on a private 80 acre peninsula and designed to provide the perfect haven for those yearning for sunshine, unspoiled natural beauty and the unpretentious ambiance of The Bahamas.

Minimum Rental. There is a 4 night minimum rental period. Booking and Security Deposit - A booking and security deposit of 25% is required within 14 days to confirm your booking with the balance due 30 days before scheduled arrival.
Cancellation and Refunds - The rental balance may be made by US$ check or US bank transfer. Major credit cards are also accepted. The deposit (less a $50 administration fee) is refundable if cancellation is made at least 8 weeks prior to your arrival date. No refund is given if cancellation is made within 8 weeks of scheduled arrival.
Housekeeping Services - These are provided to guests on a weekly basis and include cleaning and linen change. Additional services are available to your requirements and are subject to an additional charge paid locally.
Occupancy - The property will sleep 6 adults comfortably. An additional temporary 2 beds may be made available if required. The maximum occupancy is 8 persons.

Whether your love is sailing, fishing, diving or just bathing in sun and surf, Exuma is the ideal destination to relax and unwind. In addition to the numerous activities offered at the resort, the surrounding area presents a multitude of options.
If you come to escape the stresses of modern life, the island offers seemingly endless white beaches populated only by seabirds and some of The Bahamas famous iguanas. You can explore the charming settlements on Great Exuma, wander the ruins of old cotton plantations, and do some island hopping. The Exumas harbor countless secluded coves and quiet inlets where you can abandon yourself, prowling for seashells or just soaking up the sun, in complete privacy.
The more adventurous will find the pristine waters surrounding Exuma ideal for virtually any aquatic activity. Whether sailing, sea kayaking, windsurfing, diving, or snorkeling in one of the Exumas renowned blue holes, the island's tepid waters offer the perfect venue. World-renowned bone fishing flats and deep-sea fishing are also available within minutes of the facility.
The recently opened Greg Norman 18 hole golf course is a spectacular experience. If you're around in April, you'll surely want to take part in the festivities surrounding the Family Island Regatta, the biggest annual sailing event in The Bahamas.
