This brand new 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage has glorious views of the Sea of Abaco, it is only a 2 minute walk from Gilliam Bay Beach, a great shelling beach and bone fishing spot.
The house has a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room. The master bedroom has a king size bed with bathroom en suite. The second bedroom has two single beds with a second bathroom adjoining it.
There are decks all around the house with a large deck on the front of the house with lots of comfortable furniture to sit and relax. The house comes equipped with tv, charcoal bbq grill and central air.
