Additional Suite: for an additional $1000.00 per week you can add on a 2 bedroom/ 1 Bathroom SUITE. You will enjoy the whole house as described but with two more bedrooms, one more bath, one more fireplace, and two more TVs. Under this configuration, a party of 15 can enjoy this home for $6500.00 per week during peak months. The suite rents for an additional $750.00 per week during off-peak months. The suite can not be rented without the main house.
Thanksgiving and Christmas week have a minimum 4 night stay.

Additional 2 person sleeper sofa in the Living Room with Cable TV and fire place.
You will enjoy unlimited free phone service to any USA or Canada location. Surf the web with unlimited free WI-FI wireless internet. The kitchen features TWO dishwashers, two coffee makers (real and decaf = everybody is happy), and a refrigerator with dispenser for cold water, ice, or crushed ice. Outside, there is a 50 foot dock with room for a boat of up to 24 foot length. The dock ends at a water depth of 4 feet. Larger boats can be tied to our mooring buoy anchored in 8 feet of water. A three man rowboat (with oars and life jackets) is included for tendering to and from the buoy.

The home is located on the west side of Canandaigua lake near the yacht club and a full marina. Canandaigua, NY is 2 miles away with quaint shops, antiques, and restaurants. The Finger Lakes area is preferred by bicyclists, hikers, and lovers of fall foliage. The Finger Lakes Performing Arts Center is 7 miles away. Enjoy skiing at Bristol Ski Center, then return home to a relaxing Hot Tub.
