Spacious living room, kitchen and breakfast nook. Half bath down stairs. Loft bedroom and full bath upstairs. Best suited for a couple but has double-bed futon downstairs if needed. Small front porch and private back patio w/grill. Cable TV, DVD/VCR and phone provided. House keeping every 4 days..
