Prime location, picturesque grounds, old-world charm...this wonderful Mediterranean-style villa has it all, including two separate studio apartments and all the versatility of accommodations they provide. The property is midway between the town of St. Tropez and Tahiti Beach-two kilometers from each-and occupies a lush site in the hills filled with flowering shrubs, olive trees and evergreens. The front opens onto a wisteria-clad veranda with outside dining and views to the sea. Steps lead down to a tiled sun terrace and elegant infinity pool. The ground floor includes a full kitchen, utility room, living room with fireplace, TV and dining, and two double bedrooms, one up a few steps with a separate shower room, the other at the entry level with doors to the garden. On the first floor is a third double with bathroom en-suite. Two independent studios include doubles with en-suite shower rooms, kitchenettes, and sitting/dining areas.
Additional Rate Information
The maid service is €16 per hour.
This house sleeps 10 people.
The Security Deposit is 20% of the gross rental price.
There is a 5% surcharge for stays of less than 14 days between July and August..
