This is a wonderfully authentic Provençal villa located on a dramatic hillside at La Croix Valmer, with sweeping views over the Bay of Cavalaire and the Iles d'Or. The property includes a large heated pool surrounded by a sun terrace, and an enormous enclosed garden with flowering shrubs and small trees. There is an al fresco dining area with an outdoor barbecue, and even an outside-accessible WC and shower. The interior is roomy and elegant. The ground floor features an entryway, a cloakroom, and an open-plan kitchen/dining area adjacent to the dining terrace. There is a living room with a fireplace, stereo, piano, and TV, a laundry, and three twin bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Upstairs are the master bedroom with its own bathroom en-suite, a single bedroom suitable for a child, and a French double with bathroom en-suite.
