Impruneta Estate, a typical 16th century Tuscan country house, is situated in a panoramic position on top of a hill embedded in olive groves. During its recent renovation great importance was given to retain the original style and structures in its form and size. The property is located a few kilometers from Florence and is near a charming village, Impruneta, from which it got its name. The village offers great shopping, cafes and restaurants, all just a short walk away. It is perfect for walking in the morning for a nice cappuccino in the piazza and a lovely dinner at night. A warm comfortable home in the country, yet so close to Florence promises an unforgettable vacation. A wonderful garden and panoramic pool surrounds the main building.
Adjacent to the main house are 3 apartments:
Residence P: 2-roomed flat of approximately 400 sq.ft. Attractive lounge with corner kitchen, 19th century floor and furnishings, double bedroom with fitted wardrobe, bathroom with shower only, telephone, satellite TV, central heating. If necessary one of the sofas in the living room can be transformed into an extra double bed. Outside private courtyard with corner kitchen. Shared use of the swimming pool, table tennis and billiards. This guest house does not have air-conditioning.
Residence M: Independent stone house on two floors of approximately 600 sq.ft. Ground floor: kitchen with stove. Refrigerator and dishwasher, lounge with fireplace and sofa-bed opening into one double or two single beds. First floor: double bedroom with view over the meadow outside, single bedroom, and bathroom with shower. Terracotta floors, furnished with antiques. Satellite TV. Outside, small independent courtyard with table for dining in the open air. Shared use of the swimming pool, table tennis and billiards. This guest house does not have air-conditioning.
Residence S: Studio flat of approximately 550 sq.ft. A spacious studio-flat, with picture-window overlooking the swimming-pool, enameled terracotta floor, stone walls, furnished with antique pieces, fitted wardrobe and corner kitchen in masonry (gas hob with 4 burners, electric oven, fridge and sink), double bed, single bed on upper split-level, large nicely decorated bathroom with shower only. The flat is fully equipped with telephone, satellite TV, and independent central heating. Outside, corner with cooking facilities for dining. This guest house does not have air-conditioning.
DISTANCES: Florence 15 miles,Santa Maria Novella Train Station 16 miles, Siena/Chianti area 30/40 miles, Pisa 68 miles, Lucca 50 miles and Arezzo 50 miles.
Water and electricity included. Pool maintenance and cleaning included. Basic housekeeping (bath and beds) included. Maid service is 6 days a week (not on Sundays). Final Cleaning is an extra charge. Telephone and internet charges extra and calculated on consumption. Additional services, such as personal laundry, ironing, grocery shopping and cooking are also available at extra cost. Welcome Buffet dinner, including wine can be organized at €25 pp extra cost. A chef can be arrange for additional meals for €25 per hour plus the cost of the food. Final Cleaning: €440. Air-Conditioning and heating NOT included - charged by meter reading. All additional charges must be paid locally in Euros prior to departure.
The security deposit is €1,600.00.
Rentals run from Saturday to Saturday.
