Property Information
This condominium is located directly on Pico Mountain. The condominium is on the first floor of the building and has two back doors leading to the lawn behind the building, and onto the mountain. The condo is away from the base area and is private and quiet.
The kitchen, dining area and living room are not separated by walls, which makes the entire area quite spacious. The marble fireplace can be put to good use on a cool evening if needed.
Three bedrooms, sleeps eight: master bedroom has a king bed and TV, second and third bedrooms have two twin beds in each room, the living room has a double bed pull-out couch.
Two bathrooms, complete kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, washer and dryer, and fireplace.
