Come to Gulf Shores and enjoy our world class beaches, wonderful restaurants, prolific shopping, and spectacular golf courses in this beautiful 5BR/5BA direct Gulf front home we call "Sunflower."
You will enjoy a beautifully decorated Gulf front home which includes, 6 TVs, CD/DVD player, high-speed internet access, granite countertops, designer furnishings, 2 Gulf front covered decks, a charcoal barbeque grill, and of course, one of the prettiest beaches in the United States. There is ample parking underneath the home for up to 6 vehicles. As you head upstairs, you will notice a beautiful living area with gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico. The living room opens onto a Gulf front covered patio. Two bedrooms (1 King, and 1 Queen) and two baths are also located on the main floor. There is also a Full sleeper sofa. Upstairs, you will find an additional 3 bedrooms (2 Kings, 2 Twins), 3 bathrooms, and a loft area which can easily sleep two little ones on another Full sleeper sofa. Sunflower is configured to sleep 12 people! The upstairs master bedroom has its own private Gulf front covered balcony and it is truly an incredible space. There is nothing quite like waking up to the sound of the surf at your doorstep. Walk out of our home directly onto the beach and enjoy yourselves! You will not be disappointed!
RELAX ON THE BEACH: My goal is simple....to under-promise and to over-deliver on all of my beach rental properties. I want to give you the absolute best value in vacation rentals today. I want you to feel the value you're getting for your vacation dollar will make you want to come back every year! I pride myself on my many repeat customers. YOUR INVESTMENT: Rates include everything except Alabama state sales tax, a $45 damage waiver (gives you $1500 worth of accidental damage coverage during your stay), and a small house cleaning fee of $75. We employ a professional linen service for a charge of $25/bedroom + $10/bathroom which includes all your linens, bath towels, toilet paper, paper towels and even little soaps at all of the sinks. There is also a small amount of clothes detergent, dish liquid and dish washer soap. For your convenience, I can also offer optional trip insurance from AIG, a AAAAA rated insurance company (highly recommended to protect your investment!)
