Villa 317 is charming and located hillside in the Sinopolis area on the edge of St Tropez, with stunning views over both the town and harbour and Ste Maxime in the distance. It is a quiet and peaceful location, yet still close to the town and the nearby beaches. It is simply decorated in a light, rustic style and furnished throughout predominately in white. The open plan living / dining room has large glass doors opening onto a covered veranda with sitting and dining areas enjoying the magnificent views down to the sea. There are also the same style glass doors opening out on the other side to the swimming pool area and garden.
The bedrooms are simple and comfortable, decorated mainly in white and all with ensuite facilities. All of the beds are doubles – 2 kings and 3 queens.The kitchen is fully equipped with an American fridge freezer and Lacanche oven and also opens out onto the covered terrace. There is a covered terrace around the pool for either dining or relaxing in the shade. The garden is level with lawn, mature trees and shrubs and has a barbeque and choice of dining areas. In addition there is a teak terraced relaxation area. On a lower level on the side of the house there is another dining area under a pergola, enjoying the magnificent sea views.
All in all a wonderful holiday house in a good location.
Additional Rate Information
In July and August, for bookings of 14 days or more, all villas are provided with 2 sets of linen and towels per person, free of charge. During the other months of the year and for bookings of less than 14 days, there may be a charge for linen and for laundry.
The security deposit is 25% of the rental.
There is a 10% surcharge on all stays less than 14 nights.
