Villa 312 is a very attractive villa situated in the domain of Sinopolis, which is just a few minutes away from the centre of St Tropez and the beaches.
Recently renovated, the interiors are beautifully furnished, contemporary furniture with marble floors. The whole villa offers every comfort with air-conditioning, hi-fi system and even flat screen TVs in two of the bedrooms.
There is an extremely well equipped kitchen, which opens onto the outside dining and BBQ area. Both the living room and master bedroom have sliding windows opening onto a balcony with great views onto both the garden and the sea. The dining room leads to a large pool area, with great views and a comfortable sunbathing / seating area.
This villa is ideal for a large family or a group of friends wanting considerable comfort and great living space, in beautiful surroundings within few minutes of St Tropez village.

The price for this villa is available upon request during high season.
In July and August, for bookings of 14 days or more, all villas are provided with 2 sets of linen and towels per person, free of charge. During the other months of the year and for bookings of less than 14 days, there may be a charge for linen and for laundry.
The security deposit is 25% of the rental.
There is a 10% surcharge on all stays less than 14 nights.
