This property consists of three individual houses near the coast, close to Cap Camarat. From their hillside position, each house has spectacular views of the sea and Pampelonne Beach, just 2.5 kms away. All three houses share a common driveway, although they all have a their own private garden and swimming pool (10 X 4.5m).
At "Vue de la Mer 1 and 2" the swimming pools are on private sun terraces at the rear of the houses, while at "Vue de la Mer 3", it is situated in the front garden. The mature gardens to the front of all the houses are mainly lawns filled with flowers, vines, shrubs and trees. The interiors have been newly decorated and are extremely bright and spacious with modern furniture. All have well equipped kitchens and outside dining areas. The exceptional views of Pampelonne Beach and the sea can be enjoyed from the houses, their terraces and lovely gardens.

The Security Deposit is 20% of the gross rental price.
There is a 5% surcharge for stays of less than 14 days in July and August.
