Villa 316 is a newly renovated property located within a five minute walk to the Place des Lices (the heart of St Tropez) and it offers a direct, traffic free route to the Plages de Pampelonne.

The house is arranged to take full advantage of the inspiring views and is thus arranged with the entertaining areas on the upper floor. The house is equipped with SKY satellite TV, DVD, sound system, ADSL/WIFI, and is fully air conditioned.
The living room opens onto a terrace with a view of Saint Tropez bay, which is an ideal outdoor dining and relaxing area. The villa offers various comfortable sitting areas to relax, and a lovely swimming pool.
All four bedrooms are on the ground floor. The master bedroom, with en-suite bathroom/shower room, is equipped with sound system, LCD TV, DVD, French TV and Sky satellite.

Additional Rate Information
In July and August, for bookings of 14 days or more, all villas are provided with 2 sets of linen and towels per person, free of charge. During the other months of the year and for bookings of less than 14 days, there may be a charge for linen and for laundry.
The security deposit is 25% of the rental.
There is a 10% surcharge on all stays less than 14 nights.
