Villa 367 is 1.5km from the village of Grimaud. An attractive, newly built villa is situated in a peaceful location in the middle of a vineyard .
Standing on 4200 m of land, the property enjoys panoramic views of the plain of Grimaud. Surrounding the villa and the pool area is a large lawned garden, planted with olive and palm trees, citrus, and lavenders.
The interior is very spacious and tastefully decorated with light colored and modern furniture. All rooms are in immaculate condition, and offer every comfort. The large open-plan dining and living rooms have French windows opening onto the sun terraces, the garden and the pool area. The well-equipped kitchen and three bedrooms are on the ground floor, while 2 double bedrooms are on the first floor, one double bedroom has its own private solarium. All bedrooms have ensuite facilities, and 3 of them have air-conditioning. An independent flat with its own private access, provides extra accommodation for two guests, as it is equipped with a double bedroom with separate bathroom, and a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette.
Additional Rate Information
In July and August, for bookings of 14 days or more, all villas are provided with 2 sets of linen and towels per person, free of charge. During the other months of the year and for bookings of less than 14 days, there may be a charge for linen and for laundry.
The security deposit is 25% of the rental.
There is a 10% surcharge on all stays less than 14 nights.
