Villa 411 is situated in a quiet private domain in La Croix Valmer. This attractive modern villa enjoys a superb location from its hillside location in La Croix Valmer, surrounded by wonderful views of the countryside, the sea and the Iles d'Or.
The house has a veranda opening to a barbecue area, with incredible sea views on one side and impressive views of the hilly background on the other side. The interior is spacious and light, simple but comfortably decorated with white tiled flooring, and several large windows picturing beautiful views of the surroundings.
The spacious living palm trees a fireplace has large glass doors opening to a covered terrace with large pillars, leading to an attractive semi-circular shape pool with an overflow effect, surrounded by flowers, and a lawn garden with beautiful palmtrees and shrubs.
From the main entrance, stairs lead up to the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and cloakroom. Its French windows open to a charming balcony overlooking the garden and the seaviews.
This property is perfect for a party of friends or family with children, as it is only a 5 minutes drive to the lovely sandy beach at Gigaro, and twenty minutes away from St-Tropez.
Additional Rate Information
In July and August, for bookings of 14 days or more, all villas are provided with 2 sets of linen and towels per person, free of charge. During the other months of the year and for bookings of less than 14 days, there may be a charge for linen and for laundry.
The security deposit is 25% of the rental.
There is a 10% surcharge on all stays less than 14 nights.
