Villa 048 is located in St. Paul. This is a magnificent Provencal property, designed by the well-known architect Robert Dallas, and situated in the residential private Domaine of Les Hauts de St Paul, near o the famous restaurants La Colombie d’or and Mas d’Artigny.
The interior comprises of 300m² of accommodation and is very spacious and bright, thanks to large bay windows which slide completely inside the walls. It is decorated and furnished in a contemporary and comfortable style, with pale coloured furniture, which emphasizes the impression of light and freshness.
The level of equipment is excellent and includes Sky satellite TV with flat plasma screen and DVD player, indoor and outdoor music system, alarm system, electric shutters, 3 safes, air-conditioning in the 3 main bedrooms, fully-equipped study and baby room.
All bedrooms have en-suite facilities and open out onto either the garden or a terrace/balcony.
The kitchen leads out onto a covered and airy tiled terrace which offers a perfect place for summer meals. Outside, the 2,800 m² of land includes a flat lawn area where the pool is situated, and from where one can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the surrounding wooded countryside and the sea. There is also a boules court and a fully-equipped, air-conditioned gym, for those who wish to keep fit!

Additional Rate Information
In July and August, for bookings of 14 days or more, all villas are provided with 2 sets of linen and towels per person, free of charge. During the other months of the year and for bookings of less than 14 days, there may be a charge for linen and for laundry.
The security deposit is 25% of the rental.
There is a 10% surcharge on all stays less than 14 nights.
