Villa 108 is located in Châteauneuf de Grasse. This beautiful newly built villa has been superbly equipped and very well decorated in Provencal colours, creating spacious and light living areas combined with modern appliances and equipment.
A large fireplace dominates the high ceiling living room and French windows lead out to the terrace, which runs the entire length of the ground floor with breath taking views.
The American kitchen is fully equipped with also French doors leading to that same terrace.
Upstairs the bedrooms have been beautifully decorated in pastel colours. The master bedroom has a large king size bed, high beamed ceiling and French windows leading out to the upstairs terrace, overlooking the pool and benefiting from the superb views.
The exterior has a large choice of places to share the evening bottle of Rosé!
Price includes cleaning 6 hours per week, electricity (up to 100€ per week) and final cleaning (up to 150€ per week).
In July and August, for bookings of 14 days or more, all villas are provided with 2 sets of linen and towels per person, free of charge. During the other months of the year and for bookings of less than 14 days, there may be a charge for linen and for laundry.
Additional Rate Information
The security deposit is 25% of the rental.
There is a 10% surcharge on all stays less than 14 nights.
