Villa 185 is in the hills La Colle sur Loup, in an utterly peaceful residential neighbourhood, stands this 8;500 m² sumptuous Provençal property built in stone and enjoying the most breathtaking panoramic sea views. The interior is tastefully decorated with luxury quality furnishings, the owners collection of Venetian/Florentine art and antiques, custom made furniture, wrought iron work and built in cupboards through out the property.
It is also both bright and spacious with numerous openings onto the garden and pool. The main house offers high quality materials and a good level of equipment (internet ADSL and WI-FI connection, HI FI system, Satellite TV, stereo HiFI throughout the property, Video etc).
The large luxurious landscaped Provencal garden is a delight, most particularly the very typical Boule pitch! There is also a lovely outdoor dining area set on a sheltered terrace.
Live in permanent staff with separate quarters who can double up as a gourmet chef and professional housekeeper.
Additional Rate Information
In July and August, for bookings of 14 days or more, all villas are provided with 2 sets of linen and towels per person, free of charge. During the other months of the year and for bookings of less than 14 days, there may be a charge for linen and for laundry.
The security deposit is 25% of the rental.
There is a 10% surcharge on all stays less than 14 nights.
