Villa 043 is a 15-miniute walk from the old village of Mougins which is famous for its excellent restaurants.
The house is decorated with elegance, in cream colours, with very smart contemporary furniture. The equipment is all brand new and of the highest quality (Sky satellite TV, Video, DVD and music systems, alarm, BBQ, American fridge...)
The master suite is large and bright, and includes a lovely breakfast area with French windows leading out onto the terrace. All the bedrooms are spacious, with walk-in dressings and en-suite bathrooms.
The house is surrounded by a beautiful 6,000 m² terraced garden, planted with olives trees, lavender and grapes, and a large flat lawn area around the swimming pool. There is even a tennis court and a ping-pong table, for the sport addicts!

Price inluced 20 hours of cleaning per week plus final cleaning (up to €200) and electricity (up to €150 per week).
In July and August, for bookings of 14 days or more, all villas are provided with 2 sets of linen and towels per person, free of charge. During the other months of the year and for bookings of less than 14 days, there may be a charge for linen and for laundry.
The security deposit is 25% of the rental.
There is a 10% surcharge on all stays less than 14 nights.
