Villa 217 is located in St. Jean Cap Ferrat. A Provençal style house, built into the rock face and located on the west side of Cap Ferrat on the waterfront with superb views of Nice and Villefranche Bay.
This stylish house is very tastefully furnished throughout, with the salon and kitchen recently refurbished. All the bedrooms have air conditioning, sea views and private bathrooms. The villa has a superb small pool built into the rocks beneath the house with a decking terrace and child security gate. There is also a jacuzzi for 4 in a small garden on the upper level, and an easy path down to the sea and a peaceful cove for swimming.
Small boats can be brought to a small pier beneath the house. Within walking distance of the Grand Hotel, this is the perfect holiday home for anyone wanting the peace, quiet and prestige that only Cap Ferrat can provide.
Additional Rate Information
In July and August, for bookings of 14 days or more, all villas are provided with 2 sets of linen and towels per person, free of charge. During the other months of the year and for bookings of less than 14 days, there may be a charge for linen and for laundry.
The security deposit is 25% of the rental.
There is a 10% surcharge on all stays less than 14 nights.
