Three Bedroom House Rental.
I have a 3 bedroom house, 2 bath, formal living room, formal dining room, breakfast room, large family room, a gourmet kitchen, laundry, 3 patios, front & back garden with a large private pool. Located near White Sands Road, the closest beach is Grape Bay - within walking distance. There is a WOW TV, a barbeque, patio furniture, AC & fans, & a live in housekeeper (nanny) to provide daily cleaning service & babysitting @ additional costs.
There is a hairdryer, iron, microwave, and computer available for guests to use.
Bed sizes are:
King bed in master bedroom.
2 twin bunk-beds plus 1 twin trundle - sleeps 3 kids or 3 adults.
1 queen bed & 1 twin trundle in third room - sleeps a couple & a child.
There are 4 overstuffed comfortable couches in the TV lounge & in the Living room which can be used for sleeping; however the layout of the bedrooms is ideal for 2 families to enjoy the privacy of the bedrooms.
The nanny/maid is live in (separated from main living quarters). She is there & she can accommodate the general house cleaning & will provide babysitting services for a fee.

$4500.00 a week for 8: additional guests $50.00 each per night to a max of 10. Lease and damage deposit.
Electricity costs 330 per cent more in Bermuda than in the USA.
