An attic like this is not easy to find in the heart of Rome. Situated in a residential area, the penthouse is close to Via Veneto and the Piazza del Popolo is just 20 minutes away on foot.
The gorgeous and exceptionally large terrace (about 200msq) commands a 270-degree view over Rome and offers a glimpse of St Peter's in the distance. On the terrace, in addition to a swimming pool, there is an outside barbeque/fireplace, a table for eating under the stars, and an arbour offering shade and a hammock. The penthouse is in a building which faces onto an attractive park shaded by ancient trees, which protects the residential area from the usual traffic and noise of city life.
The house is ideal for a honeymooning couple; it is extremely well kept and tastefully decorated. There is a small kitchen, a living room with fireplace which is illuminated by the enormous floor-ceiling windows covering two walls, and a second terrace providing a perfect place to enjoy the city panorama. The bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath. A private road leads to the residential area where the building is located.
DISTANCES: Piazza del Popolo and Via del Corso are 1.5kms/1mile, the Spanish Steps are 2.5kms/1.5miles, Trevi Fountain is 3.5kms/3miles and the Villa Borghese Park is only 500 meters.
