This charming, small house, recently completely restored from what was once an old hayloft, is part of a working farm. It is located in a very quiet position 3kms away from the village of Montopoli, in a particularly beautiful and, as yet, undiscovered area. The house is surrounded by a very large and well maintained flat garden, filled with local plants, and accessed through an electric gate. The garden is fenced all around, making it very safe for children, and there is also a children's play area. To one side of the house is a covered terrace, furnished for outdoor dining, and with a built-in barbecue close by. The property is an ideal holiday base for a small family, wanting a holiday in compete peace and privacy. "La Capinera" is also a good base to explore Tuscany, being conveniently located only 10kms from a highway connecting Pisa and Florence. Both can be reached in approximately half an hour's drive and San Gimignano is 40 kms away.
The main farmhouse located on this estate is Le Rondini (SAL RON) which can be rented together with La Capinera. If not, each has it's own entrance, pool and garden so is private from the other.
