of the longest, white sand beach in the entire state of
Hawaii!
Aloha and welcome to Hale "Ono Kane Kai", our
spacious, new three bedroom, two and a half bath,
beachfront home in Kekaha. Custom constructed in
2004, this dream home has three separate lanais,
totaling 1100 square feet of "OUTSIDE" living area!
Trust me, you will find yourself spending most of your
time here, outside on the lanais.
Watch the whales, surfers, sunbathers, swimmers, body
surfers, wind surfers and of course, the magnificent
westward views to the island of Nihau, 18 miles off
shore, out in front of you. After a day at the beach, you
can rinse off in the private, outdoor shower. At night,
let the sounds of the ocean’s waves rock you to sleep.
Kekaha is located on the "Sunny" west side of Kauai and
is the western most town in the US. With an average
annual rainfall of less that 20 inches, you can almost be
guaranteed a warm, sunny vacation, regardless of the
time of year! This is like traveling back in time to the
way Hawaii used to be. No crowded beaches, no traffic,
no tourist traps, no hotel resorts, just sun, surf and
people who remember what the "Spirit of Aloha" really
means.
Less than a block away is the road that leads to the
famous "Waimea Canyon" and the "Kalalau Lookout".
There are two major grocery stores three miles away
and you are minutes from the harbor where you can
catch a sunset cruise along the NaPali coast.
The living area of this house is actually the second floor
making the unobstructed ocean views from every
window even more spectacular. The master bedroom
suite has a beautiful stone and glass block shower.
Ladies, you will never have to worry about your guy
leaving the toilet seat up in this bathroom because he
will have his very own, custom, built in urinal!
The other two bedrooms and second full bath are
extremely private, separated from the main house by a
large lanai. The bedrooms are air conditioned and there
are ceiling fans throughout the house.
To satisfy your entertainment needs, you will find this
house well stocked with electronic "toys". There is High
Speed DSL, Wireless Internet access, Fax machine, HP
multifunction printer, Stereo CD player, two televisions,
DVD player, VCR, and best of all a "TiVo" box connected
to the living room TV!
