Property Information
Custom designed and built farmhouse sits
on 13.5 acres with over 6500 square feet
of living space. Five bedrooms and two
large lofts connected with a walkway.
Separate apartment over the three-car
garage.
A large deck wraps three quarters around
the home with several porch swings. There
is over an acre of planted sod to enjoy
activities and games that includes
hammocks in the shade. Pool table, ping
pong table, and a surround sound system
for viewing movies. There is a four
wheeler track build around the property.
Jake's Place Farmhouse gives you a
beautiful view of Mount Timpanogos from
the Heber Valley in the Wasatch Mountains
of Utah. Just 20 minutes from Deer Valley
and Park City, Utah. Ten minutes from two
reservoirs for summer play. Restaurants
and supermarkets only four miles away.
I am limited on the size of the group. If
group is too large or too many young
children then renting may be denied.
Additional Rate Information
Rate is determined by number of occupants,
length of stay, time of year, and
holidays. Sales and Transient room tax
will be added. $175 cleaning deposit is
required on all stays. 2 night minimum.
