Sea Lark Villa is a newly constructed vacation villa situated on two beachfront acres on beautiful Long Bay Beach, which is located on the southeastern side of Providenciales, Turks and Caicos. This high end, luxury villa offers classical grandeur with a tropical flair while being able to accommodate up to 10 people.
Sea Lark Villa offers covered decks and open decks all surrounded by lush natural tropical landscaping and abundant palm trees to enjoy the sunrises and sunsets. The infinity edged pool and pool house with bathroom and outside shower are beautiful. The pool has two fish statuary that squirt water into the pool as well as an in-pool bench with hydro jets to relax on and enjoy the refreshing gentle trade breezes. The pool area offers spectacular views of three miles of pristine beach and the beautiful turquoise color ocean.
There is a gas BBQ grill to enjoy in the pool area. There are numerous indoor and outdoor ceiling fans and metered air-conditioning is available (although probably not needed) as well as a free high-speed internet connection, DVD player, DVDs, stereo, CDs, hair dryer, pool & beach toys, paperback books and board games. In addition, there is an intercom system and each bedroom has its own cable TV.
Each of the two floors has its own separate granite countertop kitchen, eating area, living room, and laundry areas. Regardless of whether you book the downstairs bonus option or not you will be the only guests staying at the property.
The upstairs 3 bedrooms (max six people – two queens and set of twin beds) have beautiful vaulted wood beam exposed ceilings as well as breath-taking views of the beach and ocean. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom.
The downstairs bonus option (First Floor) offers an additional 2 bedrooms (max four additional people – One Queen and one set of Twin Beds) each with its own private bathroom.
If you are looking for a quiet, private luxury tropical beachfront location that is convenient to Grace Bay, the numerous Grace Bay and Turtle Cove restaurants and the Provo Golf and Country Club, then Sea Lark is an ideal beachfront villa. The Long Bay section of Providenciales has a breath-taking shoreline with a long stretch of beach framed by sweeping dunes and coastal bluffs. Here one can take a leisurely stroll down three miles of beach and take in the dramatic scenery. Eons of time and a relentless gentle trade wind have carved a landscape that is awe-inspiring. Horseback riding along the northern section of Long Bay Beach is available and boating and scuba diving activities are available at the southern tip of Long Bay.
