Looking for an oceanfront vacation in Rosarito Beach, Baja California, Mexico?
Be our guest at La Paloma Beach and Tennis Club. This resort is one of the premier, privately-owned, gated communities on the beach. It boasts excellent 24-hour security. It is conveniently located 25 minutes south of the international border. Given its proximity to the border and scenic location, Rosarito has become the leading resort town in northern Baja California. With its mild climate and broad sandy beach, La Paloma in Rosarito is the perfect vacation setting.
On site, La Paloma has a variety of activities and entertainment for all ages. Stroll along garden paths in the park-like setting to the cliff overlooking the ocean. Stairs take you down to the wide, sandy beach where you can swim, surf, wander the beach, bird watch. If the beach is not for you, there are three championship tennis courts, four swimming pools and Jacuzzis.
The main clubhouse includes a private gym and weight room, sauna, pool tables, a comfortable area to curl up with a good book, and card tables. A masseuse is available by appointment. Two smaller clubhouses overlook the ocean and offer incredible views. Barbeque areas are throughout the complex at each pool location and clubhouse. For children, there is a playground area. A small restaurant is available and will provide room service on request.
Our units are newly redecorated, non-smoking condominiums. Each unit is fully furnished and has two bedrooms, two baths with a completely equipped kitchen. There is a comfortable queen in the master bedroom and new twin mattresses in the second bedroom. Cable TV and a DVD player are in each condominium. One unit has a big screen TV and satellite service. Your own private balcony stretches across the front of each unit; the master has its own secluded space. Unwind, calm down, watch the ocean, enjoy a drink, or catch a breathtaking sunset. Life is casual and relaxing in this ideal vacation retreat.
Exploring Rosarito offers unique shopping, dining, and entertainment experiences. Walking distance from La Paloma, downtown has a wide assortment of shops, galleries, and stalls. Restaurants abound in the area; there is no lack of choice from modest taco shops to well-known steak and seafood houses. Nightlife can range from high-spirited to a soothing nightcap next to the crashing surf. Golfing, swimming, surfing, horseback riding is all to be found near by.

Downtown has a wide assortment of shops, galleries and stalls.
The Mercado De Artesanias (Artisan’s Market) has about 200 vendors who will still bargain on price. Several entrances to this open-air market are just north of El Nido Restaurant on Blvd Juarez, the main street.
South of La Paloma are many shops selling locally made ceramics, metal work and rustic furniture. There is something for every taste and budget.
Continuing south, Fox Studios Baja has built a large production set for such movies as Titanic, Pearl Harbor. Tours are available daily.
Just beyond Fox is Calafia, a beautiful historical and cultural center. Enjoy a drink on the deck overlooking the pounding surf. The coastal views are spectacular.
Eleven miles south of Rosarito is Puerto Nuevo, also known as Lobster Village, known for its numerous lobster restaurants crammed into a few square blocks.
North of town 5 miles is Real del Mar, an up-scale golf course in the coastal hills overlooking the Pacific. It’s known for its lovely setting and affordable green fees.
