Cleaning is scheduled at the end of your stay. Mid-week cleaning can be arranged if requested for an additional fee. Full payment needs to be received 8 weeks prior to arrival. Security deposit of $300 + 1-night's lodging is required to reserve dates. Cancellation Policy: If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you will be charged a fee equivalent to 1 nights lodging and any credit card processing fees. If you cancel 15 to 29 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you will be charged the rate equivalent to 2 nights lodging and any credit card processing fees. No Refunds will be made on reservations canceled within 14 days before your scheduled arrival date during peak season (Dec-April) Security Deposit Policy: The Security Deposit will be refunded within 30 business days of check-out, after successful check-out inspection for property damage or loss.
