Kolea at Waikoloa Beach Resort is a brand new Oceanfront Community with Direct Beach access to A-Bay. Kolea is an upscale gated Resort located along the Kohala Coast on the Big Island of Hawaii just 17 miles North of Kailua-Kona.
It is truly a piece of Hawaii Heaven in every sense. From Kolea, you can walk to the beach or to Hilton's incomparable Kohala Spa and ocean-side restaurants. We have two championship golf courses and a variety of shopping at the Kings' Shops round out Waikoloa Resort life.
Kolea is the only gated luxurious condo community with direct beach access in Waikoloa that has several features such as:
Ocean front infinity edge pool
Lava rock hot tub
Children’s pool with a sand bottom and waterfall
The beach club pavilion along side the pool that features a kitchen and open air exercise room that overlooks both the pool and ocean.

Our beautiful Penthouse villa located in building 9-F with partial ocean views. that is richly furnished along with High End Electronics and Appliances, Central air conditioning, Ceiling fans throughout, Granite countertops, Travertine floors, African mahogany crown molding and cabinetry, The lanai features Teak wood cabinetry, an outdoor living/dining area, with a gourmet Viking gas grill & rotisserie, along with a refrigerator. The retractable pocket doors bring together the lanai and living areas in a natural flow.

High Season - Dec. 18th to April 15th, June 11th to Sept. 15th every year:
3-4 Nights = $350.00
5-6 Nights = $335.00
7-10 Nights = $320.00
11+ Nights = $300.00
Low Season - Sept. 16th to Dec. 17th, April 16th to June 10th every year:
3-4 Nights = $325.00
5-6 Nights = $310.00
7-10 Nights = $295.00
11+ Nights = $275.00
Call for Christmas Rates and for Specials for Extended Stays
Cleaning is scheduled at the end of your stay. Mid-week cleaning can be arranged if requested for an additional fee.
Full payment needs to be received 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Security deposit of one-night's deposit plus one-nights lodging is required to reserve dates.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you will be charged a fee equivalent to 1 nights lodging and any credit card processing fees. If you cancel 15 to 29 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you will be charged the rate equivalent to 2 nights lodging and any credit card processing fees. No Refunds will be made on reservations canceled within 14 days before your scheduled arrival date during peak season (Dec-April)
Security Deposit Policy:
The Security Deposit will be refunded within 30 business days of check-out, after successful check-out inspection for property damage or loss.
