On our first trip to Waikoloa we were astonished by the unique beauty of the tropical landscaping and plush golf courses set against the black lava flow. The amazing landscaping originally attracted us to the tropical paradise, however there is so much more about this place that keeps us coming back. Waikoloa offers championship quality golf courses, beautiful beaches, incredible scuba diving and snorkeling, countless dining and shopping opportunities, historical hikes through ancient petroglyph fields, wind and kite surfing, sailing excursions, and all the amenities of two 5 Star resorts all with in walking distance. Venturing beyond Waikoloa, the Big Island is an incredible vacation destination. Within short driving distance you can visit an active volcano, swim under a waterfall, view the stars in one of the world’s top telescopes, hike in lava tubes and rain forests or explore green or black sand beaches. You will quickly see why we could not resist the opportunity to purchase this condo.
Our home is an exterior 2nd floor unit with an abundance of natural lighting. We have beautiful views of the beach, alkaline pools, and volcanoes; we can easily see the telescopes at the top of Mauna Kea from our living room and lanai. This home was tastefully decorated to match the elegance and quality of the home with the tropical atmosphere of Hawaii. An abundance of floral arrangements and tropical artwork create a warm and peaceful home for you to enjoy while on vacation. At the end of the day you can relax in our large leather chair or a queen sleeper sofa in the living room while watching the 62” HD TV with DVD player and 400w Stereo system. Or keep in touch with family and friends by emailing them your vacation pictures by connecting to our wireless Internet connection.
We have set up the home to comfortably sleep 6, however with the option of sleeping arrangements for you to choose from, you will never feel crowed. The master suite has a King bed and as well as a Daybed that can be used as a twin mattress. The guest suite has a Queen bed with a Trundle bed containing two twin mattresses. The use of daybeds in the bedrooms creates comfortable living space in the bedrooms in addition to offering additional sleeping options. Each bedroom has cable TV with DVD player and an iPod dock stereo system.
The chef in your group will love our full gourmet kitchen. With stainless appliances and flat stovetop, it has everything you need to prepare a feast. However, I prefer to cook out on the Lanai with a full outdoor kitchen including large stainless BBQ, refrigerator, and sink you have everything you need right at your fingertips.
