At Kolea, the prime resort destination in Waikoloa, you will find this brand new, designer-decorated ground floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom luxury Villa awaiting you. You have a spacious 1270 square feet plus a 150 square foot lanai with an outdoor Viking Professional stainless steel grill and refrigerator.
This unit has plenty of space for 4 Adults to comfortably enjoy their vacation together. The Master Suite has a King bed with a large, modern bathroom containing both a large walk-in shower and a beautiful soaking bathtub. The second bedroom adjoins another modern tile bathroom and has a queen bed with a large LCD TV mounted on the wall.
The kitchen is a gourmet chef’s dream, with granite counter tops, African mahogany cabinets, Kitchen Aid stainless appliances and all the cooking utensils you would need. If you choose to dine inside, enjoy the air-conditioned comfort of the Villa with a beautiful glass formal dining area that seats eight.
The lanai features Teak wood cabinetry, outdoor living/dining area with wet bar, mini-refrigerator and a gourmet Viking gas grill with a rotisserie. The 12' retractable pocket doors bring the lanai and living areas together in a natural flow.
Walk to the pool, clubhouse, exercise room and beach on Anaeho'omalu Bay (called “A-Bay” by the locals because it’s easier to say). The bay hosts numerous water activities—you can enjoy a sunset cruise, go snorkeling, diving or kayaking, play in the ocean or just relax and work on your golden tan.
he Beach Club Pavilion features a full kitchen, natural lava hot tub, infinity edge pool, and a children's pool with a sand bottom and waterfall. A fully equipped open air exercise room overlooks the pool and the ocean.

3-4 Nights = $325.00

Call for Christmas Rates and for Specials for Pre-Pays and for Extended
Cleaning is scheduled at the end of your stay for a charge of $190.00. Mid-week cleaning can be arranged if requested for an additional fee.
Full payment needs to be received 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Security deposit of $500 is required to reserve dates.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you will be charged a fee equivalent to 1 nights lodging and any credit card processing fees. If you cancel 15 to 29 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you will be charged the rate equivalent to 2 nights lodging and any credit card processing fees. No Refunds will be made on reservations canceled within 14 days before your scheduled arrival date during peak season (Dec-April).
Security Deposit Policy:
The Security Deposit will be refunded within 30 business days of check-out, after successful check-out inspection for property damage or loss.
