The retractable pocket doors bring together the lanai and living areas in a natural flow.
You will have a spacious 1270 square feet living area plus a 150 square foot lanai that can accommodate up to 6 people comfortably.
This two bedroom penthouse villa includes a king bed in the master bedroom and a 42” plasma with High definition DVD & cable service, A large master bath that has a separate oversized shower, and a luxurious soaking tub, double sinks, with natural stone finishes.
In the second bedroom there is a queen size bed and 42” plasma with High definition DVD & cable service, a large bath with shower bathtub, double sinks with natural stone finishes. Also in the living area there is a queen sofa sleeper a 55” plasma with High definition DVD & cable service.

Low Season - Sept. 16th to Dec. 17th, April 16th to June 10th every year:
3-4 Nights = $300.00
5-6 Nights = $285.00
7-10 Nights = $270.00
11+ Nights = $250.00
Call for Christmas Rates and for Specials for Extended Stays
Cleaning is scheduled at the end of your stay for a charge of $190.00 . Mid-week cleaning @ $65/clean is required in this unit.
Full payment needs to be received 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Security deposit of one-night's deposit plus one-nights lodging is required to reserve dates.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you will be charged a fee equivalent to 1 nights lodging and any credit card processing fees. If you cancel 15 to 29 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you will be charged the rate equivalent to 2 nights lodging and any credit card processing fees. No Refunds will be made on reservations canceled within 14 days before your scheduled arrival date during peak season (Dec-April)
Security Deposit Policy:
The Security Deposit will be refunded within 30 business days of check-out, after successful check-out inspection for property damage or loss.
