Our villa is designed with relaxation and pampering in mind and welcomes you with the serenity of a luxury retreat.
Features of our recently completed 3-bedroom, 3 Bath townhome include graciously appointed furnishings; gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops; central air conditioning; ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room; central lighting controls; an enormous tiled master bath with separate large tub and shower and a lanai.
This is a true resort in every sense of the word with our goal to provide our guests with a *5 Star Vacation Resort Experience!

High Season - Dec. 18th to April 15th, June 11th to Sept. 15th every year:
3-4 Nights = $390.00
5-6 Nights = $365.00
7-10 Nights = $350.00
11+ Nights = $340.00
Low Season - Sept. 16th to Dec. 17th, April 16th to June 10th every year:
3-4 Nights = $325.00
5-6 Nights = $300.00
7-10 Nights = $285.00
11+ Nights = $275.00
Call for Christmas Rates and for Specials for Extended Stays.
Cleaning is scheduled at the end of your stay. Mid-week cleaning can be arranged if requested for an additional fee.
Full payment needs to be received 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Security deposit of $500 + 1-night's lodging is required to reserve dates.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you will be charged a fee equivalent to 1 nights lodging and any credit card processing fees. If you cancel 15 to 29 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you will be charged the rate equivalent to 2 nights lodging and any credit card processing fees. No Refunds will be made on reservations canceled within 14 days before your scheduled arrival date during peak season (Dec-April)
Security Deposit Policy:
The Security Deposit will be refunded within 30 business days of check-out, after successful check-out inspection for property damage or loss.
