Laguna Point. Enjoy fun and relaxation while vacationing in this two bedroom, two in a half bath townhouse located on the beautiful Destin harbor. Master has queen size bed and private bath. Second bedroom has two twin beds and private bath. Unit has been totally remodeled in 2007! Granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and halogen lighting. Tommy Bahama decor.
Bring your boat!!!! There is also a place to park your trailer in the empty lot across the street. If you do not have a boat rent a pontoon boat for a week. There is a 35 boat slip provided. You will be able to visit by boat some of Destin's most famous restaurants and nightlift spots. Swim right off of the dock in the harbor or take a short walk to the deeded beach access to the Gulf of Mexico. (.2 mile)
We have another unit in the same complex if you are traveling with friends.
I go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Extra towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, laundry detergent are provided. I even provide a few board games, books, movies and game stick for the kids. I also provide beach towels. The only thing you need to bring is food, clothes and your boat if you desire.
Graco Pack n Play available upon request.
This unit has a ground floor entrance and garage. Full size washer and dryer. Large deck on harbor to fish off of or barbeque!!
Activities (on-site and nearby): Boating, Fishing, Swimming, Restaurants, Shopping, Dining. Located on Holiday Isle right in the middle of Destin. The harbor is a treat in itself. Watch the dolphins and gorgeous sunsets! Catch your dinner and cook it on the large deck on the harbor.
