Property Information
Villa Asteria is the bottom left villa of four properties sharing the same pool. The attractive living room with open-plan kitchen opens to a lovely pergola overlooking the sea, just few steps away from the cacti garden and the pool. The interior of the house is similar to Villa Artemis; however, the house is built on two levels and the bedrooms located on the upper floor have direct access to a veranda with sea views.
Villa Asteria shares a pool with Villa Artemis, Villa Leto and Villa Phoebe. Located just few steps away from each villa, the elegant pool has a rather large rounded shape and displays on the water’s edge a rare gigantic aged Saguaro. The pool area is well equipped with teak deck chairs and umbrella for guests' sunbathing and relaxation. The two villas (Asteria and Artemis OR Leto and Phoebe) are recommended for families with children or large group of friends.
The Airport is 5kms/15 minute drive.
This villa sleeps 6 people. When Villa Asteria and Villa Artemis are rented together (sleeping a total of 12 people) for the the same dates, a special rate is available, please speak with a reservations specialist.
Security Deposit €500.
A two week stay is required in August, anything less than that may incur a 15% surcharge.
