Our calendar is up-to-date but feel free to email and we'll call you if your time opens up. Things happen. Also feel free to call if you have a question about Omaha - we lived there 40+ years each before heading west.
There are numerous reasons to visit Omaha. We are in the center of town with quick access to UNMC (University of Nebraska Medical Center), UNO, Creighton, downtown (Conagra, UP, FNBO), the world famous zoo and incredible restaurants. Sit on the back patio for hours and enjoy the numerous birds in the area and flowers that are everywhere. Full kitchen all the comforts of home. Walk in, drop your bags and you're home.
Ideal for a visiting professor, physician or other executive or for visiting family or friends or a wedding in the area.
If you visit Omaha, stop by our favorite Restaurant: Bangkok Cuisine at 1905 Farnam St, downtown. Awesome Thai food - spiced to order.
There are 4 complete bedrooms upstairs. Three with queen beds and one full bedroom. There is a full and twin in the finished upper level.
Additional Rate Information
For 1 or 2: $120/nt..$700/week..$1200/(2 wks)..$1600/(3 weeks)..$2000/mo.
Add $25/nt or $100/wk for each additonal 2 folks up to 9 additional.
2008: Flat $350/nt during CWS and Olympic trials for up to 11 people.
$300 Reservation/Security depost. Returned within a wk after departure
* CWS, New Years, July 4, Thanksgiving and Christmas are a 5 nt minimum.
* 4 night minimum May thru August.
* Reservation due 2 mos before arrival. * Full refund for rebooked nts.
* Full Refund 60 nts prior to arrival, 1/2 refund if 30 nts prior.
* Call for extended stays. 3 nt minimum. Check-in 4PM; Check-out 10AM
