Property Information
Beautifully remodeled and updated, Terrace Landing offers 4 spacious bedrooms and plenty of living space for your entire family. This lovely cottage is situated on a level lot that leads to 50 feet of pristine Canandaigua lakefront.
The interior is stylishly appointed with new furnishings. The first floor includes a bright,
spacious kitchen with breakfast table for six, a large living room with oversized furniture, a dining room with seating for six overlooking the lake, and a full laundry and half bath in the rear of the home.
A stairway from the living room leads to the second floor, which has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first bedroom on the left, the “Nautical Room”, offers a queen bed and lake views. The next bedroom on the left, the “Coral Room”, also has a queen bed and lake view. Across the hall is the third bedroom, the “Hawaii Room”, offers a bunk bed and lots of fun décor. Off the main hallway is a full bathroom with shower, and tucked in the back of the home is the “Master Suite”. Here you will find a double bed and attached full bathroom with shower.
A brand new lakeside deck is located off the dining room, and it is perfect for outdoor dining and enjoying the sunset. A concrete, terraced patio at the edge of the waterfront is just a few steps away, and the shallow entry at the breakwall is ideal for younger children. A dock is available for guests' use as well as a mooring buoy.
