Property Information
Magnificent estate located on the shores of Keuka Lake! Completed in 2006, this spacious 5 bedroom, 3 bath luxury home has much to offer, and additional living quarters located on the beach make this a perfect choice for large, diverse families. Parking is above or beside the main house, and only one step between the driveway and entry door.
The immaculately furnished first floor features a fabulous great room with large windows reaching to the peak on the second floor. The large first floor kitchen offers plentiful cupboard space and is fully furnished for cooking. An island located in the middle of the kitchen offers bar seating for two, and there is additional bar seating on the side bordering the great room. A dining table with removable leafs is set up in the great room overlooking the lake, and another table in the entry can be used for additional seating for larger meals.
In the rear are two nicely appointed bedrooms and a full bathroom with shower/tub combo.
The second floor master suite features a semi private balcony-loft with additional sleeping space for children, two queen beds in the master bedroom, with an attached full bathroom with large shower and ceramic tile floors.
The lower level is newly remodeled and offers another great room, slightly smaller kitchen with dishwasher, full bathroom with shower and laundry, and two additional bedrooms located in the rear.
The first floor deck is accessed through several sliding glass doors that surround the front of the great room. Furnished with high quality patio furniture, this is a perfect location for outdoor grilling and enjoying meals. If the sun is too hot, you may prefer the covered porch off the south side of the house. The main house has central air conditioning, so you will be comfortable even in the middle of the summer!
At the waterfront is a second floor bunk house over the storage shed, with sleeping for four, as well as a charming studio cottage at the water’s edge with queen bed and full bathroom with shower. A large containment wall gives guests plenty of level living space on the beach, with a dock for fishing or tying your boats, mooring buoy for a boat, plenty of water toys for guests’ enjoyment, and even natural lakefront on the north end of the beach area for young children to enjoy playing on the beach.
** PLEASE NOTE ** The Bunk House and Guest Cottage will be unavailable for use from October 11, 2007 through May 11, 2008. Prior to May 11, 2008, this property will sleep 19 guests.
