This is a charming three bedroom, one bathroom home located on the east side of Keuka Lake. Wireless high speed internet access available.
The home sits directly lakeside, just 7 miles from Penn Yan. The natural pebble beach is wonderful with a gradual drop off and crystal clear water along 60 feet (120 ft. w/718B) of level shallow lakefront. Great for kids of all ages. Long dock is great for swimming or fishing, and provides space for your boat. Ther is a canoe and four-person paddleboat to enhance your lake experience. Awesome bonfire pit directly on the beach for you to enjoy radiant sunsets and calm nights on the lake.
Come and enjoy the breathtaking views from the large lakeside deck. The perfect place to enjoy grill cooking, outdoor meals, reading, and relaxation.
The first floor features an eat-in kitchen overlooking the lake with access to the deck, a full bathroom, and living room with TV/DVD/Satellite, hardwood floors, and brand new pull out couch. Also located on the first floor is a bedroom entered via large french doors with a new twin daybed, with an additional twin trundle underneath. This cute bedroom features walk out sliding glass doors to the deck.
A spiral staircase takes you to the second floor. The master bedroom overlooking the lake contains a new queen size bed near a large arched window overlooking the lakefront. Lay in bed and enjoy the view! The third bedroom features a bunk bed with a double mattress below and twin above, and ample closet space.
