House on the Harbor - Located on the harbor in Camden village, this newly finished, well appointed duplex property on the corner of Sea Street and Atlantic Avenue is in a very desirable part of town with shopping and restaurants nearby - just across the harbor. Next door to the property is the world-famous Camden Amphitheater Park and Library. All the nearby conveniences help make this a true destination property.
Tastefully decorated throughout, this property is a great alternative to staying at a hotel or inn for the week. The layout of each apartment is that of an open plan design with views of the harbor and town from all the main rooms. The kitchen is equipped with high end appliances, an island with seating for six at the bar counter and even a butler’s pantry. The large open living room has cable TV with a DVD player (Internet can be made available) as well as comfortable couches and chairs for socializing and reminiscing about the day’s activities. There are two king sized (can be converted to twins)bedrooms on the main level each with en-suite
bathrooms and a third bedroom with two twins on the lower level with its own bathroom. Use of the lower level bedroom and bath is an additional fee ($2725 peak season to include the 3rd bedroom).
There are laundry facilities at the property.
Outside you’ll have your own porch and yard area to sit and watch the boat traffic or enjoy the gas grill. There are very few rental properties on Camden Harbor and this is one of the few of those that enjoy the views that this house offers.
