Nestled on the quiet Lower East Lake Road, midway between Sunset Point and Hewitt Point, is MidPoints. This recently renovated cottage has the comforts of home for your time at the lake. Relax and enjoy the beauty of the lake on the two story deck,and in the evening place the firepit on the sea wall and seat yourself around to enjoy the spectacular sunsets. With all of the ambience of a wood fire, there is a new gas fireplace to warm the house and take the chill off on those cool Spring and Fall mornings and evenings.
MidPoints is located just three miles from downtown Penn Yan. The lower level East Lake Road is perfect for the recreational bicyclist, with two bicycles available for renter use. There is great fishing off the dock and life jackets are on the premises for renter use. The golf enthusiast should come prepared to enjoy the many courses nearby, and for the wine afficionado, this home is located on the Keuka Lake Wine Trail.
The seasonal dock at MidPoints is not intended for boat for boat mooring. A mooring buoy is available at this property for larger boats.
