The luxury 1 Bedroom / 1 Bathroom Vacation Beach Front Condo (sleeps up to 6) is available For Rent. This condo directly overlooks the Gulf of Mexico which is perfect for watching the sunsets. Just simply bring your toothbrush and the common amenities are provided for your convenience. Free parking for our residents as well (any vehicle type).
Enjoy the best of both worlds - convenience and relaxing atmosphere. This Gulf Winds Resort is an ideal location off the main busy drag, but only a short stroll to markets, restaurants and a fashionable array of boutiques.
The swimming pool stays warm all year-long. This location offers privacy and amenities not found in other typical beach locations.
Accommodations: Condominium/Villa - one Bedroom - one Bath - (Sleeps six). The condominium is very spacious with private full bathroom, plenty of sunshine from patio door and windows. It also contains a full-size Murphy bed, sleeper couch, optional twin beds or king-size width bed, TV, etc. The living room opens to patio doors with a view of the Beach and provides beautiful breezes and cross ventilation. The patio is an ideal spot for a drink at sunset, morning coffee, or to sleep with the subtle tropical breeze of the Beach.

We take pride in our condo and do not allow smoking. We also offer onsite management/ maintenance if required; however, the owner Mike, offers prompt response and usually below market prices and split weeks.
The resort is 30 minutes to Tampa International Airport or 20 Minutes to St Pete/Clearwater Airport. Orlando, is only one in a half-hour away, where you will find all the Disney World entertainment including Epcot Center, MGM Studios, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, and many more attractions. This Resort is approximately 3 miles from downtown quaint Tarpon Springs (see links) and the famous Sponge docks (Greek Village, and additional boat rides and tourist spot). Famous Busch Gardens and Tampa Bay Buccaneers located just 30 minutes away
The Resort is 10 minutes from St Petersburg and Tampa Devil Ray's baseball; additional famous beaches, the Pier, etc. Minutes away from spring training Baseball for the Toronto Blue Jays, and the Philadelphia Phillys. Golfing is minutes away at the Pasadena Country Club, Westin Innisbrook Resort, Wentworth Golf club or Lansbrook golf club.
Concerts, plays, museums, Movies at AMC, all nearby. The Pinellas Trail hosts 47 miles of pavement to walk, run, bike, jog, or roller blade. The restaurants in the area are some of the finest you will find anywhere around the country. If you like to Gamble there are boats nearby and also Bingo to keep you busy.
