served basis.

DOG RUN
The dog run is located at the east perimeter of the property to the
north of the building located at 62 East Serene.

wide array of cardio equipment featuring both personal and 42" televisions. A separate weight center offers machines and free weights.
GUEST PARKING
Guest parking is available outside at ground level. Underground
parking IS reserved for residents.

The Clubhouse features a lounge with a full kitchen and bar which you
may re-serve for private functions. Please contact the Concierge for details.
